| Ercan & Metro did exactly what they said they would do! The car was perfect, we were met at the airport and dropped back to the airport after our holiday. It was a pleasure doing business with them - best prices I could find - I'd always use them again without question. |

| Metro is the best. We have been hiring cars from Metro for more than 10 years. As well as being a very good friend Ercan is always reliable and very helpful, and has helped us with many problems over the years - sometimes not even to do with cars!! Excellent English and quick replies to e mails etc. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting transfers or car hire. |

| Ercan and his team speak good english, reply immediately to emails, are very reliable and offer an excellent service. They have always been waiting for us, even when flights have been 6 or 7 hours late. Cars are in good condition and rates are competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Metro for car hire from Dalaman. |

| We have hired cars from Ercan for the last four years. The last two years we have made long road trips to central and northern Turkey. The cars have been reliable and up to spec.
Ercan gives reliable, friendly service, nothing is too much trouble. Always willing to help with anything not just cars.
Picking up and dropping off car from airport at anytime day or night is never a problem. We will be using Metro cars this year as usual this summer.

| hi my name is alan and i have no problem with reccommending this company for car rental.I hired a car from them last year and as it was our first time in 15yrs going to turkey i was a bit weary as we arrived about 3 in the morning but there was no problem signed all the paperwork and were on our way within 10mins,bit of a mix up on departure i think it was my fault but again no great drama sorted within 20mins great service and staff thanks metro |

| we used metro last year and recv'd excellent service at very competitive rates. we recv'd an upgrade to the car we'd ordered, at no extra cost, it was virtually new and we had it delivered to our property by ercan. we didn't have to pay anything before we took delivery of the car. would definitely recommend! thanks |
