DRIVING LICENCE - AGE OF USER

For groups B, C and D minumum age requirement is 21 with at least one year of valid driving licence. For group G and M the minumum age requirement is 28 with at list two years of valid driving licence.

PAYMENT - DEPOZIT

Any credit cards which are valid paying rates are accepted. As depozit, 500 USD cash or blanch of credit card is taken.

RENTAL PERIOD and DELAY OF DELIVERY

The minimum rental time is 24 hours. For rents extending 24 for hours,there will be carried of the applied wage for every hour in case of delay. For delay extending 5 hours total, the price for a whole day plus

C-D-W  (collision damage waiver) will be charged.

DELIVERY and COLECTION CHARGES

No extra charge for delivery and pick-up for the area office where METRO CAR RENTAL. In that case the customer wants the vehicle to be left at a place external of the rental station 0.20.€ + V A T per km will be charged for leaving.

LIVING THE COUNTRY

Vehicles belonging to METRO CAR RENTAL are not allowed to be taken abroad.

FINES -  TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

Lagal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations in curred duiring the rental period are charged to the renter.

INSURANCE INFOTMATION

By paying the extra charge for insurance the renter can be exempt from the responsibilities that may arise from a damage or accident.

Vehicle damages are covered by the C-D-W ( collision damage vaier) Third party insurance coverage is determinet by the turkish repuplic government according to the law.Insurance does not cover tyre puntures, windscreen or headlight  breakages and theft of spare tyre.This can be paying extra charge for insurance the renter can

be  exempt from the responsibilites.

IN ORDER FOR INSURANCE TO REMAIN VALID

Reckless driving must be avoided and in case of an accident, the lessee must not be found to be fully responsible for the accident, the lessee must stay free from alcohol and drugs when driving, legal speed limits must be obeyed.

The alcohol and traffic reports must have been drawn up before the automobile is mowed from the place of accident, and dilevered to METRO CAR RENTAL in no more 48 hours.

The driver must be recorded in the rental conract, the automobile must not be driven by drivers without driving licences.

and report the situation as soon as possible.

OTHER SERVICES

Under the conditions that it has been notifed at least 48 hours

before; Baby seats, luggage racks will be provided, each for

20 € + VAT. ( per rental ) Snow Chains is free of charge.

Driver and Tourist Guide maybe provided upon request.

METRO CAR RENTAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE TYPES MENTIONED THE PRICE LIST WITH PRICES AND CONDITIONS, WITHOUT NOTIFYING BEFORE.
